Manchester United Academy Update: Jen Mildenhall and Luke Fedorenko Join the Team
Jen Mildenhall, Emerging Talent Programme Manager
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jen Mildenhall as our new Emerging Talent Programme Manager. Jen brings a wealth of experience in player development, having previously worked with the English Football Association and Reading FC. In her new role, Jen will be responsible for identifying and developing the next generation of Manchester United stars.
Luke Fedorenko, Head of Academy Recruitment
We are also delighted to welcome Luke Fedorenko as our new Head of Academy Recruitment. Luke joins us from Chelsea FC, where he was responsible for identifying and recruiting the best young talent in the country. In his new role, Luke will oversee Manchester United's recruitment strategy for all age groups, from the Under-9s to the Under-23s.

Our Under-18s squad is currently preparing for the new season, which kicks off on August 13th. The squad features a number of exciting young players, including Anthony Elanga, Shola Shoretire, and Amad Diallo. We are confident that this group of players has the potential to achieve great things in the future.

David Hughes Appointed as Professional Development Phase Coach
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of David Hughes as our new Professional Development Phase Coach. David joins us from Liverpool FC, where he was responsible for the development of the club's Under-18s and Under-23s teams. In his new role, David will be responsible for the development of our Under-23s and Under-18s teams.
